Preventative maintenance for a Tennant T5 Scrubber (SN 10356132) to include checking all operating functions, inspecting wear items, such as hoses, squeegee blades, battery. Plus any parts if needed for the repair or Parts are to be replaced only if necessary but not both. This PM should include checking all functions of this floor machines, checking all wear items such as... a. hoses, squeegee Blades, Filters, Wheels, Batteries, etc b. tech will flip/rotate squeegee blades if needed c. tech will fill batteries with distilled water if needed, and alert of possible battery or charging issues d. tech will provide with a detail PM check list of functions/parts looked at e. tech will also provide an estimate/quote of worn parts, broken parts, and alert if any parts may be present with issues
