Specifications include, but are not limited to: Production of a public service announcement is requested to increase awareness in Alabama that voters must possess a valid form of identification to cast a ballot and that the SOS office issues a free photo voter identification card. The PSA must be developed for placement on television, digital, radio/audio. The Secretary of State will provide actors and a script. The film will include the official Secretary of State logo and one transition graphic with language to be provided by the Secretary of State’s Office, detailing acceptable forms of photo voter ID. Development will consist of one baseline video formatted for television and online platforms, not to exceed 00:30 seconds, and production services from concept development to the final product, including: on-site production, production crew, studio, incidentals; post-production editing of baseline; two edited versions of baseline 00:30 second video and 00:15 second video and audio. The selected agency/organization will be responsible for ensuring all deliverables meet format and file requirements for placement. Videos must be delivered in MP4 format at 1080p. Audio must be delivered in MP4 format.
