Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") Chesterfield Residency is soliciting bids frominterested firms to assist state forces in the performance of SNOW PLOWING SERVICES. Snowplowing services will beperformed within the counties of Chesterfield and Powhatan, Virginia. It is the intent of this solicitation to establish multiplecontracts, with multiple vendors, (per each piece of listed equipment) for the winter season beginning in 2009. VDOT willmake the awards based on the "lowest" bid prices first, to satisfy the listed equipment counts. The amount of awards will bedetermined upon the quantity of responsive and responses.
