The 1st Battalion, 145th Aviation Regiment (1-145th AV RGT) SERE Detachment, requires repair and upgrade to the Audio Visual (AV) System at the SERE Resistance Training Lab (RTL) training facility at Fort Rucker, AL to support current ongoing missions. This is a non-personal services contract to provide repairs and upgrades to the current CCTV Audio Visual System for the U.S. Army SERE School Benjamin Complex.
