Overview: The scope is to diagnose and repair INOP Drill Hall roll up door to ensure the proper functionality, security, and safety. All work will be considered complete when roll-up door is fully functional, secure, and compliant with safety standards. Contractor shall: a) Inspect roll-up door for visible damage, misalignment, or malfunctions. b) Inspect power to push button and motorized components for proper functioning. c) Test safety features such as auto-reverse mechanisms and photoelectric sensors. d) Repair or replace any defective or damaged components. e) Adjust door alignment and track systems for smooth operation. f) Lubricate moving parts to reduce friction and wear. g) Replace worn weather stripping or seals to enhance insulation and weatherproofing. h) Document findings from diagnostics and repairs; to include work performed, breakdown of parts replaced/repaired and labor hours.
