Supplemental work needed for the new Alabama Vehicle Information Network (ALVIN) titling system. The additional staff is necessary to aid with the backlogs, hire and train new staff and manage the normal day-to day agency work Required services are 1) Software Maintenance which includes access to software product documentation, hotfixes, core product defect repair, services packs, and future version upgrades. 2) Support Services are needed to accommodate extra work (evening, weekends, etc). Upgrades may be required. Estimated number of hours is 33,580 which is + or - 18 employees. 3) Hosting, and 4) Application Monitoring, and Graphics Processing Units needs to be installed to support new functionality Alvin Maintenance/support 18 FTE
