•Install approximately 10’- 6” tall x approximately 37’ wide fully glazed aluminum storefront “wall” across main entrance o All measurements throughout specifications are approximate and shall be field verified and field measured by the contractor o One pair fully glazed aluminum storefront swing doors (swing both directions) 6070 approximate door opening o Field locate to provide orientation so that west side of doors swing fully onto carpet and east side doors fully swing onto hardwood floor Trim and remove carpet and threshold and re-finish hardwood floor as necessary on east side Secure existing carpet where trimmed with appropriate threshold or other closure device to secure carpet to the floor Provide power, conduit, and any accessories for County access control (door card readers) on double swing doors coordinated with County information technology staff with communication wiring by County unless otherwise noted • Install Framing and 5/8” gypsum drywall to close “gap” from the top of storefront to existing adjacent drywall vertical fascia creating a “ceiling” between the storefront and the existing drywall fascia on the east side of the storefront wall o Include all needed storefront and drywall accessories, storefront closure panels, and reinforcing / bracing to provide a fully finished product between the storefront and existing drywall fascia o Remove and discard the decorative framing feature hanging from wires in the immediate work area adjacent to the new storefront wall o Relocate existing suspended light fixtures as needed to accommodate the new storefront wall and drywall ceiling o Connect south terminus of storefront to an existing storefront mullion o Match existing interior storefront framing and door color at existing Building Department o Multiple existing ceiling and fascia heights occur at the existing accordion door to be coordinated with new ceiling
