• The approximately 8,140 and 10,788 square foot metal frame buildings that were previously used as greenhouse structures. Structures will be available for removal as soon as possible after the award. The existing concrete slabs may remain in place to be removed by the County. The building structure must be removed within 30 days after the notice of award. Notice of Award will be made on March 25, 2025 unless an extension is approved by Shelby County. The disassembly, removal and transport off site shall be the responsibility of the respondent. The adjacent buildings that will remain shall be protected and undamaged during the removal of the described subject metal frame buildings that were previously used for greenhouse structures. • The concrete masonry units are available onsite and are available. Loading and transportation off site shall be the responsibility of the respondent.
