Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Huntsville Housing Authority is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors to provide labor, materials, and equipment for the installation of an Access Control and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System for the Oscar Mason Community Center (OMC). The attached scope of work/technical specification may or may not be all inclusive. The CCTV System must cover entrances, internal areas, and exterior areas at one building for the client as specified. The system will include a combination of indoor and outdoor fixed-view, high-resolution color cameras. The system must include remote viewing capabilities that will provide for viewing of live and recorded video at client workstations. CONTRACTOR WILL SUPPLY: All equipment and installation to constitute a fully operational CCTV surveillance system CCTVcameras Any necessary transmitters and receivers Powersuppliesfor cameras and DVR (POE preferable) Software for remote management of CCTV system– preferably web-based remote access Any additional cabling to connect cameras to DVR/NVR equipment room location, in accordance with final designspecifications Cabling to be tested and certified to standards; provide documentation Jacks, connectors, ties, clamps, conduit, BNC connectors, plenum cable, and other network supporting hardware as needed to support specified equipment Final aiming, focusing, and adjusting of all cameras Programming of DVR/NVR to include camera names, user/operator data and permissions, basic recording settings, remote access settings, and other programming as needed to make the system operational On-site training for client users, in accordance with client workschedule Technical support for a period of at least one (1) year commencing at the completion of training at no additional charge. This will include over-the-phone and site visits as needed One (1) year warranty on all parts and equipment (except cabling) at no additional charge Door Access Control Software One (1) glass door (Front Door) - Switch Plate Lock with Fob Access Two (2) interior wood doors (Hallway entry and Kitchen entry from Auditorium) – Magnetic Lock with Fob Access
