SITE 1 – CENTRAL (33°13'49.27"N, 86°42'57.33"W) (2701 Highway 331, Columbiana, AL 35051) Radio Communications Tower – Provide and install a 250’ self-supporting tower. The tower and foundation must be properly designed and engineered to current standards and support current and future antenna structure needs. The tower must be designed to support two (2) 20’ 700/800MHz antennas with one at the 240’ centerline and one at the 220’ centerline, two (2) microwave dishes with radomes, one (1) 4’ dish at 205’ centerline and one (1) 6’ dish at 205’ centerline, and future cellular carriers at the 200’ level and the 190’ level. All grounding must be to R56 Specifications. The vendor is responsible for all fees and permit costs associated with the tower installation, site construction, and electrical work. • Provide tower foundation design and calculations to support the tower and proposed loading. Any topographic surveys required for design will be the responsibility of the contractor. • Contractor shall provide detailed shop drawings including dimensions of tower, shelter, ice bridge, generator pad, propane tank pad, and fence. • Geotechnical drillings were completed by the customer as shown in the geotech report, any additional drillings will be the responsibility of the contractor. • Zoning will be addressed by the owner. • Clearing and rough grading to be performed by the owner.
