A. The magazine is to be printed three (3) times during the course of the year with a minimum of 15,000 copies each time. The successful bidder shall print, saddle stitch, and deliver copies of the magazine, meeting or exceeding the following specifications: 1. 16-page, glossy magazine 2. Approximately 8 ½ by 11 size (8.25 by 10.75 is acceptable) 3. Full-color, bleed 4. At least 300 DPI 5. 70# Paper Inside Pages – Glossy Stock text weight 80# Paper Outside Pages – Glossy Stock text weight 6. Magazine is to be saddle stitched 7. 7-day or shorter turn-around from when MCPSS submits the pages in PDF or JPEG format 8. Deliver the copies to Lagniappe, Call-News and/or other designated publication(s) for insertion and copies to the Central Office of Mobile County Public Schools B. “As Needed” – A minimum of 15,000 copies will be ordered.
