The intent of this solicitation is to procure a qualified Contractor to provide reliable and sanitary portable restroom (portalet) rental and/or servicing at various locations throughout the City of Hoover. These locations may include parks, special events, and emergency response sites. In addition to rental units, the Contractor shall also provide servicing—as requested—of a City-owned luxury restroom trailer (3-stall) to ensure it remains clean, functional, and properly supplied. 1.2. The successful bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required for the delivery, installation, servicing, and removal of portable toilets and restroom facilities in full accordance with the Specifications and in a manner acceptable to the City of Hoover.
