A. The Contractor shall provide all labor, services, equipment, and materials prescribed in relation to Pest Control Services directly and/or indirectly (subcontractors). B. Upon request, the Contractor vendor shall provide any specialty services such as bats, squirrels, and bees (baiting, trapping, and removal), on an as-needed basis. C. The Contractor shall conduct annual inspections to identify all types and/or classes of pests, rodents, roaches, ants, water bugs, silverfish, bed bugs, fleas, snakes, gnats, mosquitos, flies, and all other standard crawling and flying insects shall be performed for the entire installation for each building interior and exterior perimeters. D. Each facility’s General Pest Control (GPC) and exterior perimeters within 25 yards shall have control and prevention services for rodents, ants, roaches, silverfish, fleas, and any other crawling & flying insects will be performed on a monthly basis and upon request, as needed. E. All bait stations for any other pest shall be inspected on a monthly basis for prevention services, and any activity found shall be treated and controlled immediately.
