Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) is requesting bids for a commercial off-the-shelf(COTS) Parking Management System to include implementation, set up, training, manuals,documentation, maintenance and support, and equipment per the following specifications and Scope ofWork. The proposed solution shall provide current and future students, faculty, staff, alumni, andvisitors with a system (hereafter referred to as "System") that provides the functionality defined in theRequest for Formal Bid (RFB) including Web access to vehicle registration, permit sales, and parkingcitations, citation appeals, and point of sale integration with UAH s TouchNet system to allowprocessing of online credit card payments.
