SECTION 1: LANDSCAPING 1. Cut the tree line along the west side of the retention pond back with the guidance from the City. SECTION 2: FENCING 1. Approximately 2,230' of existing fencing surrounding the retention pond shall be removed and disposed of by the contractor with the exception of the fencing on the southeast corner of the retention pond enclosing the pump. 2. 4' temporary safety fence shall be installed after existing chain link is removed and before the new fencing is installed. 3. Approximately 2,230’ of fencing shall be installed on all sides of the pond excluding the southeastern corner. This excludes gates. 4. Fencing shall be vinyl coated chain-link type. 5. All Fencing and posts shall be black in color. 6. All line posts shall be a minimum of 1 7/8" - Schedule 40. 7. All terminal posts shall be a minimum of 3" - Schedule 40. 8. All top rail shall be a minimum of 1 5/8" - Schedule 40. 9. All wire shall be commercial grade 9 gauge (before vinyl coating is applied). 10. Fencing shall be 8' in height. 11. All corners shall be braced with 3" - Schedule 40 posts. 12. All posts shall be cement anchored in place. 13. A single rolling drive gate shall be installed on the southern end of the eastern in place of the existing double gate. 14. A double gate will be placed on the north side of the fencing at a location agreed upon by the City.
