Actuate organizational transformation by consolidating and integrating IT infrastructure and business processes. 2. Right-size IT infrastructure and resources to meet evolving application and user demand. 3. Leverage latest technologies to support strategies of the future. 4. Maximize remote and mobile computing capabilities. 5. Offer advanced application functionality to meet the service demands of city officials and employees (i.e. improving the effectiveness and efficiency of data workflows into, thru, and beyond IT infrastructure).
