Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Required Item Install, parts, program new motherboard Work scope: Motherboard upgrade replacement - motherboard upgrade part # S2-EXT32-WM- Forward Extreme 32-portal wall mount hardware upgrade, includes warranty. Vendor shall Perform service per specification requirements, ensure warranty from manufacture and Workmanship Warranty. Unit price represents total costs for the job. • Unit price includes all costs to complete work scope; inclusive of; but not limited to costs for: travel, parts, labor, warranty, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, all fees, equipment, and lift trucks if applicable. • Vendor shall install new motherboard upgrade, and ensure all devices are fully operational and in working order prior to departure from site. • Vendor shall provide all parts, supplies, programming, installation to complete work scope. • Vendor shall provide 2 yr. hardware warranty from manufacturer • Vendor shall provide 1 yr. workman ship warranty (does not cover customer negligence) • Vendor shall remove all debris and assure work area is clean prior to departure.
