1. Facility will provide gravimetric laboratory services in support of ADEM's PM2.5 Federal Reference Method monitoring and PM10 monitoring for NAAQS purposes. 2. Facility will receive, inspect, condition, and pre-weigh PM 2.5 and low volume PM 10 filters and record pre-sample filter mass data. 3. 4. Facility will forward pre-weighed PM 2.5 filters and PM 10 filters to the field offices, designated by ADEM, via Federal Express or UPS courier twice a month, or more should ADEM's sampling schedule require additional shipments during any one month. Shipment schedule will be agreed upon once the bid is awarded, but the quantity of filters needed on a yearly basis would be approximately 500 PM2.5 filters and approximately 300 PM 10 filters. Facility will receive, inspect, condition, and weigh post-sampling PM 2.5 and PM 10 filters, and record post sample filter mass data. 5. Facility will prepare separate reports of gravimetric data and weighing laboratory QA/QC data, and submit all data to ADEM within 15 working days of receipt of samples.
