• Manage day-to-day activities of the Principal Mentoring program. • Hire and onboard new mentors and a mentor coordinator who will oversee the assigned mentors. • Facilitate all mentor and mentor training sessions, including in-person and virtual sessions. • Compensate mentors and mentor coordinator(s) o Determination of salaries for mentors should be included in the proposal. o Estimated travel costs for mentors should be calculated based on the state guidelines, as applicable. • Collaborate with the ALSDE to ensure site visits with mentees are completed in a timely manner. • Implement ALSDE Principal Mentor program materials, including the School Leadership Standards and School Principal Leadership Framework, with fidelity. The ALSDE are the sole owner of all training materials and should only be implemented for the purposes of the ALSDE program. The materials serve as the foundation of the program. • Plan, host, and facilitate all meetings with the stakeholder groups (up to 3 in-person, 4 virtual, as needed) • Deliverables to include participant surveys and responses, rosters for training sessions. • Provide meeting agendas and supplemental materials for scheduled meetings for review and approval, prior to dissemination. • Collaborate with ALSDE staff and partners to ensure a seamless program implementation for school leaders. • Submit quarterly financial reports and invoices for payment.
