The Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Proposals will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable or Trade-off as determined by the Contracting Officer. The applicable wage rate for this project is Davis Bacon Act WD#: AL20260093. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and contractor must be located within 250 mile radius of Maxwell AFB.This is a Sources Sought.
