Services to be Performed • Lawn service is to be provided to each property on a set schedule • Below is the usual schedule for the year (depending on weather conditions): o March & April: every two weeks o May – October: every week o November: possibly two or three cuts based on climate conditions • Contractor agrees to mow all grass, weed eat around every building to include A/C units, downspouts, all objects in tenant’s yard (flower pots, decorations etc.), edge and/or weed eat all curbing/gutters, sidewalks, parking pads, concrete drains, and blow off all debris. Areas for this service will start where the street and curb/gutter meet. • Contractor agrees to modify this schedule based on climate conditions such as excessive rain, cold, heat, drought or other conditions that affect growing grass. • Contractor agrees to pick up trash and small debris prior to cutting yards • Areas include Chattahoochee Courts, Western Heights, Forest Hills, Creek Ridge, EHA Office and Abbeville Housing Authority (Southdale, Girard, and office). • Contract term is for one year and may be renewable.
