Weekly mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing of all landscaped road islands and medians identified in the attached figures between April 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025.; Mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing of all landscaped road islands and medians identified in the attached figures as-needed to maintain a clean and manicured appearance between October 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025. At a minimum, these services shall be performed once per month during this period.; Pre-emergent herbicide applications to maintain a clean appearance and to control weeds within cracks and seams of concrete islands/medians and along all curbing, and within landscape beds.; Fertilizer applications shall be provided for shrubs and grasses within landscaped beds, at minimum once during this period. Fertilizer shall be applied according to labelled use for the respective plants and environment.; Post-emergent herbicide application as necessary to maintain a clean appearance and to control weeds within cracks and seams of concrete islands/medians and along all curbing, and within landscape beds.
