Specifications include, but are not limited to: LIQUID ANIT-ICING/SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL SERVICES - NORTHERN REGION INTERSTATES. For the first year of the executed contract the Department will make available some of its existing snowplows, and spreaders, to enable the Contractor to have sufficient time to obtain the necessary equipment,see attachment XIII, which details equipment available by corridor. Any equipment not taken by thecontractor for a specific corridor will be made available to contractors awarded a contract for anothercorridor on a first come basis. When the contract is awarded, the Department will review the inventory of theequipment to be used by the contractor. Each piece of equipment will be graded at the current condition andagreed by both parties. At the end of the snow season, the contractor shall return all equipment in at least thesame condition minus normal wear and tear. Any equipment not returned in the condition received, thecontractor shall repair such equipment to the satisfaction of the Department.
