Specifications include, but are not limited to: The bidder must submit appropriate license and certificates for cleaning. Cleaning of cooking hood equipment vent will include the hood, duct(s), fan(s), and filter(s). Ventilation Hoods above Production Equipment (Excludes Dish rooms) The bidder will utilize methods and chemicals approved by the National Fire Protection Association Standard. Only USDA approved non-flammable cleaning chemicals shall be used. Sanitizing chemicals shall meet or surpass standards. After each cleaning visit, the successful bidder must place a sticker or tag the hood and/or vent with the date appearing for clarification of cleaning. The bidder must clean-up any spilled chemicals, grease, etc. before leaving the site. The Child Nutrition Department will work with the successful bidder to assure all necessary cleaning was performed for each location, correctly. This may include pictures emailed to CNP personnel or some type of form/checklist. Services for 56 schools; must be completed by August 1, 2024. These services are to be performed and completed during the summer months when school is out for break. No work to be performed without a Purchase Order. Successful bidder must sign in at the front office. Successful bidder is responsible for coordinating a schedule with Child Nutrition prior to the services being performed to assure the school is open and available. Schools are closed on Fridays during the summer months.
