This Contract covers the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and appurtenances required to the Redevelopment of the K-1 Center. In general, the work includes but is not limited to the following: i. Demolition of Specific Building Structures. ii. Partial Demolition of Interior Buildout on lower and main levels. iii. Replacement of Exterior Windows and Doors with Historically Appropriate Materials. iv. Replacement of Existing Asphalt Shingles with new Shingles and composite roof insulation. v. New HVAC, Electrical and Life-Safety Systems. vi. Interior Build-Out. vii. Limited Site work to grading area at demoed buildings. viii. Coordination of work with other on-site Contractors, City personnel, and Engineer.
