The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL, is seeking sources that can provide Scheduling Software to replace or upgrade to the existing Milum Corporation Office Tracker scheduling softwareprogram which has been used since 2006 to facilitate an informed and responsive centralized detailing of Military Judges, Area Defense Counsels, Senior Defense Counsels, court-reporters, and as of 2013 Congressionally mandated Special Victims' Counsel for sexual assault victims, to courts-martial across the globe. The software application is used in support of the Air Force Judge Advocat General's Corps (AFJAGC) on Maxwell AFB, AL in accordance with the attached Statement of Requirements (SOR). All feedback and information received may be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy. The table below identifies the Government's requirement:

NOTES OF IMPORTANCE:

•1. INTRODUCTION. The Air Force Legal Operations Agency, Legal Information Services (AFLOA/JAS) serves as the DoD Executive Agent for legal information technology and as such is responsible for maintaining multiple legal software applications in support of the Judge Advocate General Corps (TJAGC) and their dependents. AFLOA has a requirement to purchase a software upgrade to the existing judicial scheduling program which has been used since 2006 to facilitate an informed and responsive centralized detailing of Military Judges, Area Defense Counsels, Senior Defense Counsels, court-reporters, and as of 2013 Congressionally mandated Special Victims' Counsel for sexual assault victims, to courts-martial across the globe. •3. Schedule Management
•3.1. Allow for the creation of customizable color coded labels, keywords and custom fields
•3.2. Allow scheduling administrator(s) to create individual accounts for all users
•3.3. Ability for scheduling administrator(s) to create and define user groups and assign users to user groups
•3.4. Ability for scheduling administrator(s) to define sharing privileges for each user to give specific levels of access regarding the capability to create, view, edit, modify, and delete events
•3.5. Ability for scheduling administrator(s) to set security levels for each individual user or for groups of users and set forth sharing privileges for each user group to give specific levels of access regarding the capability to create, view, edit, modify, and delete events
•3.6. Ability for scheduling administrator(s) to create new timed or non-timed events (i.e., events such as holidays which fill the entire day or time events which only take part of a day)
•3.7. Provide various views for the scheduling administrator(s) to visualize schedules to include day, week, month, and planner (more than a month) views
•3.7.1. Views should allow for scheduling administrator(s) to display user names, items to display, order to display, and allow for a drag and drop capability to move events
•3.8. Set "sharing privileges" so users can schedule for one another if given appropriate permissions
