Bathrooms: • Clean, sanitize and polish restrooms, toilets, sinks, and urinals inside and out • Empty all trash containers, clean, sanitize, and line with new bag • Clean and disinfect sinks • Fill, clean, and sanitize all dispensers with soap, paper towel, tissue, and napkins • Clean and polish glass, mirrors, chrome sweep, damp mop, and sanitize floors • Damp wipe walls by sinks and urinals Floors: • Vacuum carpets and mats • Sweep and mop hard surface floors Office areas: • Empty all lined waste receptacles and take trash to a designated area for removal • Wipe all entry and internal partition glass free of smudges • Clean and sanitize drinking fountains and coolers • Clean counters, cabinet fronts, tables, chairs, microwave and sinks in kitchen area Other: • Break down and remove cardboard boxes Weekly Cleaning Requirements • Dust desks, shelves, computers, phones, and fixtures • Spot clean walls, frames, and partitions Quarterly Cleaning Requirements • Carpets • Deep clean tile • Clean blinds
