Janitorial and Custodial Services The Alabama Department of Youth Services is seeking to establish an Annual Agreement for Janitorial, Custodial and Day Porter Services for the Central Office Employee Training Center, located at 1000 Industrial School Road Montgomery, AL 36117 Building is approximately 42,000 SQ Ft. Supplier shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to maintain the facility in a clean, sanitary condition. Day Porter Services DYS Central Office Employee Training Center is seeking Day Porter Services to ensure the building is clean and presentable during normal business hours. Day porter Services will only be used on an as needed basis in the absence of the DYS Building Custodian due to Covid or other unforeseen illness and is absent for more than two days.
