The Alabama Department of Public Health, Bureau of Health Provider Standards (HPS) is currently accepting proposals for organizations possessing the knowledge and ability to develop and facilitate an individualized leadership training program for managers and supervisors. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified applicants to construct and implement a program aiding in leadership development, conflict management improvement, communication skills enhancement and workplace culture enrichment. Such a program shall be directly related to the identified need for professional development through individual and group learning, in-person coaching and online learning modules.
