efferson County Commission is to purchase an Integrated GNSS System consisting of a Base State and Rover nit to support surveying, construction layout, GIS field data collection, and other high accuracy positioning tasks. The awarded vendor shall provide all equipment, accessories, warranties, documentation and training necessary to deliver a fully functional GNSS system. The Contractor shall: 1. Provide a complete GNSS Base & Rover RTK system, fully compatible and operational upon delivery. 2. Deliver all required components, including but not limited to: o GNSS Base Receiver o GNSS Rover Receiver o UHF radio modules (internal or external) o Batteries, chargers, cables, cases 3. Configure and test the system prior to delivery to ensure full operation. 4. Provide on-site or remote training (minimum 2 hours) for staff on setup, operation, and data export. 5. Provide technical support and warranty service as offered by the manufacturer. 6. Provide all manuals and software licenses needed for operation, updates, and data processing.
