This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2025-04. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is #15A00025R00000053.
All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing and sent via email to Brian Wilkins at Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov and shall reference the solicitation #15A00025R00000053. All questions shall be received by 5:00PM EST on Friday July 25, 2025. Questions received after the stated time and date will not be addressed. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted. All Proposals shall be submitted via email to Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov. All Proposals shall be received by 5:00PM EST on Tuesday August 5, 2025, and shall reference Solicitation #15A00025R00000053. Proposals received after the stated time will not be considered or evaluated. NO US MAIL.
The contractor/awardee must comply with provisions and clauses/terms & conditions (T&Cs) incorporated herein via full text and by reference.
The purpose of this Amendment is hereby issued as follows:
1) To change the due date for proposals to 08/08/2025 5:00pm EST.
2) To change the following under 52.212-1 to remove ATF:
• Chang from: Offeror shall complete the following FAR Clauses: FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-26, FAR 52.209-5,
FAR 52.209-7, FAR 52.209-11 and FAR 52.222-22 listed in Solicitation 15A00025R00000053 see Table of
