The purpose of this IFB is to form a pool of contractors that the Agency may draw from to contract for all phases of HVACrelated work including, but not limited to: 2.1.2.1 Evaporative coolers 2.1.2.2 Air conditioning units and systems 2.1.2.3 Electric and gas fired refrigeration systems 2.1.2.4 Heat pumps and gas fired furnaces and boilers; and 2.1.2.5 Any other HVAC related maintenance, repair, or installation work the Agency may order. 2.1.2.5.1 Removal and replacement of defective components; 2.1.2.5.2 Wiring issues related to HVAC; 2.1.2.5.3 Recharging of refrigerants and proper testing; 2.1.2.5.4 Breakers, fuses, and switches related to HVAC; 2.1.2.5.5 Duct work and venting; 2.1.2.5.6 Drains and pans; 2.1.2.5.7 Thermostats; 2.1.2.5.8 Batteries; 2.1.2.5.9 Registers and returns;
