The Army Contracting Command-Redstone will acquire Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) and Extended Range GMLRS for Fiscal Year (FY) 23 and 24 on an other than full and open competitive basis. Under the authority of Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B) – “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”, the proposed acquisition is limited to Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (LMMFC), 1701 W Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 75051; CAGE Code 64059.
The solicited effort required is for GMLRS/Extended Range GMLRS (ERG) Production Lot Buy with Low Cost Reduced Range Practice Rocket (LCRRPR) in support of the US Army, US Marine Corps (USMC), cooperative European partners, and Foreign Military Sales case requirements. The combined contract program is commonly referred to as GMLRS Production. The Government will award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) utilizing combined fixed pricing and cost reimbursement contract types. The maximum quantities for each FY of GMLRS/Extended Range GMLRS is 10,002 missiles. Additional supporting efforts include integrated product support, download/de-mate, cybersecurity, spares, training, data, rate tooling, obsolescence, foreign country unique, and property accountability.
