Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. 10 Gbps internet service including dedicated 10 Gbps fiber circuit delivered to Auburn University's Tower Facility at 298 Hemlock Dr., Auburn, AL o Services to be billed monthly. o For service redundancy, Auburn University intends to award two separate contracts to two different vendors. One 10Gbps service to each vendor. o Service levels acceptable to Auburn University: 99.99% Internet service availability. Advanced notice required for provider's scheduled maintenance. Normal maintenance must be scheduled to occur during off-peak hours (typically between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.). Scheduled outages must be coordinated with Auburn University so as not to occur during planned Auburn University events. Provider must offer 24-hour Help Desk with guaranteed response time for reported problems/outages. Service credits for non-scheduled service outages based on outage time.
