Scope of Work Includes: Weekly (as needed): Mowing all turf areas (front, sides, rear) to a 3" minimum height, with no more than 7 days between cuttings (min. 4 per month) Push mowing designated areas; no zero-turn mowers permitted Maintenance and weeding of all flower beds, including mulch application and seasonal plantings String trimming (no chemical substitutes near building or equipment) Power blowing/vacuuming debris from sidewalks, entrances, parking areas, pads, and other designated spaces Trimming trees and shrubs for neat appearance Edging curbs, sidewalks, and other areas as needed Weed control for cracks/crevices in parking lot areas Year-round fertilization and weed control program (min. 6 treatments/year) with soil/grass/weed analysis and report submission Mulching around trees, shrubs, and beds each spring All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal.
