Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to perform all work and services pertaining to ground maintenance & caretaking services at the following City cemetery properties. a. Alberta Cemetery – 13th Street East b. Evergreen Cemetery – 12th Street c. Greenwood Cemetery- T.Y. Rogers Jr Avenue d. Pine Ridge Cemetery – Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard e. West Highland Cemetery – 21st Street NE a) Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation and equipment necessary to cut grass and trim hedges, shrubs and trees, and remove all vines growing on fences, pick up trash, debris, limbs, and leaves in the area around City maintained facilities and within the area around City maintained facilities and within the area on City grounds listed in locations above. b) Contractor agrees to submit a 52 week schedule of mowing/trimming cycle prior to each season for approval. After each mowing/trimming, contractor is to notify the City for inspection of completed work, failure to do so could result in nonpayment. Contractor is to cut or perform maintenance every week of the year whether it be mowing season, leaf removal season, or a caretaker’s assessment of work is due on the property. c) Successful contractor shall coordinate caretaking schedule to insure that all cemeteries are maintained prior to all appropriate holidays, including New Year’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. d) No work shall be performed on Sundays or holidays at any location included in this contract.
