Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Vendor must be able to conceptualize what the project is about and carry that vision forward to its completion. This will include meeting with ADAI staff and being involved in discussions about the concept . The Vendor must be able to determine the visual content and make a rough conceptualization and catalog the initial information. 2. The Vendor must be able to flesh out by writing what the conceptualization is through research and initial copy structure. 3. The Vendor must provide a rough design with a formulation of shot list and determine the graphic needs. The Vendor must produce comp series for client review. 4. The Vendor must provide graphics production to include design and realization of graphics, numerations, charts, illustrations, art elements, design elements, and graphics for initial cover layout.
