Coolant Sample Analysis - Battery Replacement. Air Filter Replacement - Insulation Resistance Testing, Remote Monitoring, etc. Major and Minor services, and all requested services. The major annual PM to be done in July 2026, unless requested otherwise by ADFS. The annual PM checklist should be emailed to the Laboratory Director via email (will be provided to awarded supplier) shortly after the PM is complete. Inspection - Basic onsite monthly inspections of the unit (monthly). In addition, the supplier is responsible for coming on-site within 24hrs to inspect and diagnose the generator if it does not start up during our weekly start-up test. Please include a line-item cost per trip charge/diagnosis of the generator for an emergency visit if needed. This price should include the trip/diagnosis per visit as well as an agreement to visit on-site within 24hrs after the generator fails to start. An additional quote will be given after diagnosis to fix/repair any issue.
