The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a contract with a bidder that will provide consignment bulk gasoline, diesel fuel and diesel exhaust fluid, commercial retail fuel network, and other fuel related services as required by Jefferson County and members of the Purchasing Association of Central Alabama (PACA). The objectives of this ITB are to reduce environmental risks to maximize the availability and convenience of purchasing fuel, control fuel costs, reduce administrative effort and staff time for County and PACA employees related to fuel operations, and to provide related services which promote the efficient delivery of County and PACA services. Bids must clearly demonstrate that the prospective offeror has the experience, expertise and capacity to provide the services outlined in this ITB by submitting the experience statement with references found on bid form page 31.
