Flooring (As requested, or annually) ⮚ Refinish all VCT floors as requested using sq. footage unit pricing (min. 4 coats) ⮚ Clean to remove all stains, spills and soiled spots using sq. footage unit pricing ⮚ Scrub/Buff concrete flooring as requested using sq. footage unit pricing ⮚ Bidder responsible for all supplies, materials and equipment ⮚ Equal to Products: Bare Bones, Stripper 10 and Ultra Shine 85 wax ⮚ Apply 4 coats of MFMA approved stripper/wax per manufacturer guidelines ⮚ Due to summer school and 4 day work weeks in the summer, there are approximately 48 schools that strip/wax the floors in a time span of about 10 weeks. Please make sure you are equipped to service schools, as requested. Category 2. Gym Flooring (As requested, or annually) ⮚ Clean/Refinish all composition gym floors using sq. footage unit pricing (min. 2 coats) as requested ⮚ Bidder responsible for all supplies, materials and equipment ⮚ Equal to Products: Bona All Court for oil base and Bona Supersport 1 for water base ⮚ Screen entire gym floor using 120/150 grit screen disks ⮚ Remove all foreign matter from the floor (gum, tape, spills, etc.) ⮚ Vacuum entire floor ⮚ Tack rag entire floor so that it is completely dust free ⮚ Apply 2 coats of MFMA approved gym finish per manufacturer guidelines ⮚ Specify oil base sq. ft price and water base sq. ft. price on Quote Form
