A. Successful bidder shall perform an inspection of piping and branch line conditions to be conducted every five years by opening a flushing connection at the end of one main and by removing a sprinkler toward the end of one branch line for the purpose of inspecting for the presence of foreign organic and inorganic material. Also, level indicators shall be tested for accuracy and freedom of movement for the well at Citronelle High School. Inspection reports are on a flash drive and are available for pick up in the Purchasing Department, Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm. The inspection reports are to be used as a guide for bidders when bidding on this project. This service is to be provided during normal working hours of Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm excluding holidays.
