Standard Mechanical Joint Fittings-Yearly Fitting Bid January 14, 2026 Standard Mechanical Joint Fittings shall be cement lined, paint sealed coated inside, asphaltic coated outside, or epoxy coated. All fittings must be complete with all accessories unassembled. Sizes 24” and Smaller are to be Compact C153 Class 350 Ductile Iron with Ductile Iron Follower Rings (glands) – with the following exceptions – Plugs and Caps 12” and smaller are to be C110 Full Body. Size 30” and Larger are to be C-110 Class 250 Ductile Iron with Ductile Iron Follower Rings (glands). Fittings are to be all bell unless otherwise specified. 1. Reducers are to be CONCENTRIC design. 2. Sleeves must be LONG pattern. 3. Caps are to be FLAT in design if possible.
