Perform monthly water testing. Provided monthly testing report. Perform chemical feed pump repairs/replacements as necessary at quoted hourly labor and parts rates. System freeze protection shall be tested quarterly. Closed loop freeze protection shall be maintained at a maximum temperature of -5 degrees Fahrenheit. When draining the system is necessary for mechanical repairs, vendor shall make a special site visit in order to ensure proper chemical protection and freeze protection. In such cases, the agency will notify vendor beforehand. For such visits, vendor will invoice ASMD based on hourly rate and parts/materials rate quoted. Provide and administer chemical treatment in order to maintain levels listed below within noted ranges. • pH — acceptable range: 7-10 • Conductivity (as micromhos) — acceptable range: 0-5000 • Iron (ppm as Fe) — acceptable range: 0-1.5 • Copper (ppm as Cu) — acceptable range: 0-1.0 • Molybdenum (ppm as Mo) — acceptable range: 25-50 • Nitrite (ppm) — acceptable range: 600-1000
