Balch,: 2499 Johnson Road SW, Huntsville, Alabama (40,344 SQFT + 14,667 SQFT Supporting Buildings) Fort James Sims: 2824 Green Cove Road, Huntsville, Alabama (25,615 SQFT + 9,814 SQFT Supporting Buildings) UTES #3: 5145 Triana Blvd. SW., Huntsville, Alabama (30,705 SQFT + 13,326 SQFT Supporting Buildings) Redstone Arsenal (Buildings 3792, 3793, 3794, 3795, 3797, and 3798): 5145 Triana Blvd. SW., Huntsville, AL. (27,315 Total SQFT) Facilities to be serviced and billed on a quarterly basis. Facility should be notified of scheduled service dates no later than 2 weeks prior to service. All 4th quarter services should be completed and invoiced no later than August 16, 2016. Delivery of services must occur during normal duty hours of 0730-1730 Tuesday - Friday.
