Johnson Controls is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the York Chiller and possesses the unique expertise, proprietary tools, and factory-trained technicians necessary to ensure the proper maintenance, repair, and performance of the system. Our need to procure maintenance services directly from Johnson Controls is based on the following justifications: 1.
