Vendor to provide FY26 general pest control service at the following Army National Guard location: Fort W. David Cobb: 620 Magnolia Street, Marion, Alabama (20,902 SQFT + 99 SQFT Supporting Building) Service Period: 10/01/2025 – 09/30/2026 Facility to be serviced and billed on a quarterly basis. Facility should be notified of scheduled service dates no later than 2 weeks prior to service. All 4th quarter services should be completed and invoiced no later than August 16, 2016. Delivery of services must occur during normal duty hours of 0730-1730 Tuesday - Friday. Vendor Paid in Arrears. General pest service to include: Rodents, crawling insects, flying insects. General pest service does NOT include termite treatment.
