1. The offeror must submit a dated proposal with unit prices and extended prices in response to this solicitation. To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of proposal, offerors must comply with instructions contained herein. Proposals must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this Request for Proposal (RFP). Offerors must clearly identify any exception to the solicitation terms and conditions and provide complete accompanying rationale. The government intends to award as a single firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.
2. Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. RFP or modification of proposals received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers will be considered late and handled in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f). Multiple offers will not be accepted under this RFP nor will multiple awards be considered.
3. The contracting officer has determined there is a high probability of adequate price competition in this acquisition. If at any time during this competition the contracting officer determines that adequate price competition no longer exists; offeror(s) may be required to submit information to the extent necessary for the contracting officer to determine the reasonableness of the price.
