One annual test and inspection using test methods per the NFPA 72 current editions to include 100% total devices per annum at each facility. • 100% Sensitivity test and cleaning of all smoke detectors and accessible duct detectors • 100% Functional test and visual inspection of all listed manual pull stations • 100% Functional test and visual inspection of all listed smoke detectors • 100% Functional test and visual inspection of all listed accessible duct detectors • 100% Functional test and visual inspection of all listed accessible duct detectors • 100% Functional test and visual inspection of all listed alarm indicating appliances • 100% Functional test and visual inspections of listed control panels and batteries • 100% Functional test and visual inspections of listed heat detectors • 100% Sensitivity test and cleaning of all smoke detectors and accessible duct detectors • 100% Complete correcting of any and all bad devices or any item listed as a failure or deficiency including smoke heads, heat detectors, audio-visual, or bad wiring under the assumption that said deficiency repairs are authorized by respective facility managers (listed on page 8).
