Lightbulb installation Perform Lightbulbs installation as per specification, One time service Installation only- Bulbs, fuses and fuse holders supplied by DHR• Supplier shall remove and replace a total of 71 long fluorescent bulbs throughout the building• Supplier shall remove and replace 39 bulbs in offices 148, 146, 142, 139, 138, 137, 128, 135, 133, 127, 126, 120, 163, 166, 165, 173, 172, 171, and 170• Supplier shall remove and replace 1 bulb in Visiting Room (#152).• Supplier shall remove and replace 2 bulbs in Board Room (#140). • Supplier shall remove and replace 5 bulbs in Conference Room (#118). • Supplier shall remove and replace 17 bulbs in Clerical (#124). • Supplier shall remove and replace 2 bulbs in Men’s Employee Restroom.• Supplier shall remove and replace 2 bulbs in Women’s Employee Restroom. • Supplier shall remove and replace 3 bulbs in the Kitchen.• After completion of installation vendor shall remove any old/unused parts, supplies, and debris from the building/property and leave clean area. • All work shall be completed in one trip during by September 30, 2025.• Work shall be performed during regular work hours, M-F, 8:00 AM – 4:30 pm, no weekends. • DHR will have all bulbs and ballast in stock before supplies comes on site to install.Installation includes removal of existing parts, install new bulbs and 10 fuses and fuse holders if needed.
