Project OverviewThis project consists of the flooring materials plus installation of new flooring materials in the Escambia County DHR facility for Phase Two of 3 only.Because this work must align with Carpet Beetle treatment and pest control schedules, installation must occur in strict coordination with DHR and the other contracted service providers.This flooring replacement project requires internal furniture moving only, and all work will be performed while Escambia County DHR employees remain inside the building. Because the facility must stay fully operational throughout the project, it is essential that the supplier coordinates closely with DHR staff, pest control, and movers to ensure safe access, minimal disruption, and continuous workflow.Work includes:• Installation of Commercial Excellence 5.0 Vinyl Plank – Size 8" x 48", Thickness 5.0 mm, #2410 Sq Ft per Carton 21.34, Wear Layer 22 mil, Edges Micro-Bevel, Finish Embossed UV Coating• Installation of new Johnsonite Traditional Wall Base 29 Moon Rock WG• Subfloor prep limited to patching and leveling needed for installation• No flooring removal — this scope is installation onlySupplier must remain flexible and coordinate closely with pest control and movers.Scope of Work – Phase TwoSupplier shall:• Prepare subfloors — cleaning, patching, leveling as needed for installation• Install Commercial Excellence 5.0 Vinyl Plank #2410 in all Phase One rooms• Install new 4 inch high 0.80 thick Johnsonite Traditional Wall Base 29 Moon Rock WG• Ensure all transitions are smooth and ADA compliant• Ensure installation meets manufacturer specifications and warranty standards4. General Requirements• Supplier must verify measurements during the site visit• Work must be performed in a clean, safe, professional manner• Supplier shall follow ADA, OSHA, building codes, and manufacturer requirements• Completed areas must be left clean and ready for use• DHR or Movers will handle all furniture movement — supplier is not responsible for moving furnitureThe work is for Phase 2 only Work does not have an exact start day. it is anticipated to start on January 15th or after.
